U14C Gold @ Brass Ring

The Beaumont U14C Rush secured a gold at the Beaumont Brass Ring Tournament (Oct 22-24).  The U14C started off the tournament with a tight back and forth game against Spruce Grove which ended in a 6-6 draw.  The next game they came out hungry for win, taking down Cochrane 11-1.  The last game of round robin was another nail biter result in a 9-8 victory over Calgary.  In the finals, the U14C once again faced off against Calgary in very close game pulling off a win in the final seconds of the game for a 10-9 gold medal win!
